Jenny the shepherd mix is a quite a gentle girl that had to learn survival on the streets, well on the Motorway actually, where she gave birth to 7 puppies in the ditch next to the road near a services layby – The puppies and Jenny were rescued by GAR volunteers and have been in foster ever since. Jenny has one ear missing, mutilation no doubt so we know she has experienced abuse and torture so she will need a patient owner in a calm and quiet home to give her confidence. She is quite an outdoorsy type dog and would like to live in a semi rural or rural environment where she will have space and could live with other dogs and cats, she will need good socialisation and would be more suited to a family with a very large garden or paddock where they can laze in the sunshine and watch the world go by. Jenny is approx. 3 years old and ready to travel.

One ear has been cut off which is an extremely painful and common mutilation that shepherds inflict on their dogs

Jenny has lived in a huge back yard in Greece and has now started to come indoors, slowly finding courage
Her pups have been rehomed all but 4 of them but they arent with her anymore so she has peace and quiet now

She would suit a quiet home with large garden/paddock to browse and would be fine with another dog or two and cats
Jenny is very healthy, she is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped
