Hello everyone – I am known as Agapi. I am 3 years’ old i think and lived so happily with my owner in her house. I loved her grandchildren and was always very gentle with them. Then something really horrible happened. My lady died and her family just threw me out onto the street alone! I had no idea how to survive and also I came into season and many nasty male dogs chased and bit me to try and get at me. I was one of the lucky dogs though because the rescuers found me and took me in and because I am so nice and kind, and am used to living with a family, they think I could easily fit into another home. And I could! I really could! I walk so nicely on my lead, I do not toilet inside the house and I like people so much! In fact they say I am a very keen for attention at the moment but that is because I am scared of losing people again. I will settle down and feel much more secure once I have my own family again. It was so horrible on the street, I was hungry and scared and nobody would help me. Some cars were very fast and nearly hit me. Please ask about me – I won’t let you down!
I am quite a big dog – think Airdale terrier size and I weigh around 25kgs.
I am chipped, vaccinated and neutered now so the boy dogs will not chase me any more.
