Introducing a genuine gentle giant! This sweet natured 5/6 year old male has gone through a terrible time in his past – his ‘owner’ regular beat and tortured him – he was half his body weight, covered in open wounds and also suffered badly from mange. Our rescuers were forced to take him for his own safety and although the ‘owner’ is trying to get him back he has absolutely no legal claim to him whatsoever so we are trying to rehome this lovely dog. He has no teeth in the front but copes perfectly…his character is warm, gentle and an innocent dog who is shy at first but is a very loyal once he knows he can trust you. He is a really big dog weighing in at 40kgs and measuring 95cms to the top of his head. He is fine with other dogs and will be neutered if we find him a home in the UK. Good with people and children however due to his size we would not home him with children. Zeus would definitely need to live in a rural setting – he is a real country boy!
